Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

• Item is unused

• Item is in its original packaging

• Item is not damaged by the customer

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items

• Items without original packaging

• Final-sale products

• Personalized/customized items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal or card).

• Refund processing typically takes 3–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 72 hours with clear photos.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase (before processing).
Once processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
