1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via PayPal and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your payment information.

2. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

3. How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 5–15 business days

  • Europe / UK: 7–20 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Processing time for all orders is 1–3 business days.

4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

5. My tracking hasn’t updated, is this normal?
Yes. Tracking may take 3–7 days to update, especially during transit or customs processing.

6. What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us immediately after placing your order. If the order has not yet been processed, we can update the address. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

7. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please read our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 72 hours with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

9. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be processed.

10. Do you charge customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

11. Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. All payments are securely processed through PayPal and certified card processors with SSL encryption. We do not store full card details.

12. Do you offer order tracking for all countries?
Tracking is available for most countries, though some regions may have limited updates once the parcel reaches local postal services.
