1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via:

  • PayPal

  • All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your payment information.


2. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.


3. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 5–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Processing time for all orders is 1–3 business days.


4. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order on the carrier’s website.


5. My tracking hasn’t updated, is this normal?

Yes. Tracking may take 3–7 days to update, especially during transit or customs processing.


6. What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
If the order is not yet processed, we can update the address.
If it has already shipped, we cannot modify it.


7. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes. You may request a return within 14 days if the item is unused and in original packaging.

8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 72 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

We will send a replacement or issue a refund.


9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, it may already be processed and cannot be canceled.


10. Do you charge customs duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country.
These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

12. Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely.
We use SSL encryption, and all payments are securely processed through PayPal and certified card processors.
We do not store your full card details.


13. Do you offer order tracking for all countries?

Tracking is available for most countries. Some regions may have limited tracking once the parcel arrives at local postal services.
